SurveySync provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to build, distribute, and analyze surveys ("Service"). Access to different features of the Service is contingent upon the subscription package purchased.
3. Subscriptions
Your subscription grants you access to the Service’s advanced features as specified in your chosen package. These features are available for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for use by the subscriber only.
4. Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled with a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@survey-sync.com

11. Credit Usage Policy
All purchased quotas (credits) must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date. Unused quotas will expire after this period and will not be refunded or carried over.
12. Account Inactivity
If no new quota purchases are made within thirty (30) days after your most recent quota has expired (i.e., one year after purchase), we reserve the right to deactivate or delete your account and any associated data. You will receive an email notification at least 14 days prior to account deletion, giving you the opportunity to retain your account or export your data. Continued use of the Service or a new quota purchase within this grace period will keep your account active.
13. Fair Use
You agree to use the Service in a reasonable manner consistent with its intended purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in excessive or abusive behavior that disrupts platform operations or violates applicable laws.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy without notice.
